Please note that as you will be dealing with Cryptocurrency the following apply specifically to you:
ONBOARDING AND MONITORING – you will be required to kindly provide the following:
end to end payment flow – pay in and pay outs to registered exchanges;
access to Cryptocurrency delivery confirmation when applicable;
copy of your AML Policy regarding clients onboarding;
detailed explanation of your process for approving investments in Cryptocurrency – terms and conditions your clients agreed to;
a description of the way you market your products and/or services to your customers;
RESTRICTION – until whitelisted by My EU Pay, incoming payments will be limited to a maximum of EUR 10,000.00 per customer and every 10 days. We, at My EU Pay reserve our rights to accept incoming payments larger than EUR 10,000 from customers who have an established transaction history purchasing Cryptocurrencies from a given exchange, thus proving that they are satisfied with the product and service received.
LIABILITY – My EU Pay disclaims all responsibility resulting from any expense, damage, claim, costs loss, or equivalent resulting from investments in Cryptocurrencies, delay or rejection of any payment, the suspension or termination of a Virtual Account.
